1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MyToilé ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including household members under a shared plan.
2. Description of Service
MyToilé is a personal AI styling and wardrobe management platform. The Service includes wardrobe cataloguing, outfit suggestions, shopping companion tools, calendar planning, wardrobe analytics, and related features. Feature availability varies by subscription tier.
3. Accounts and Households
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Household plans allow multiple members under a single billing account. The household owner is responsible for managing member access and is the primary billing contact. Each member maintains their own wardrobe and profile data, which is not shared with other household members unless explicitly done so by the member.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your wardrobe data is never deleted as a result of a downgrade or cancellation — you retain access to your data at the free tier level.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos, wardrobe data, and content you upload to MyToilé. By uploading content, you grant MyToilé a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your content for advertising. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
6. AI-Generated Content
Outfit suggestions, colour analysis, and styling recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions only. MyToilé does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for your own styling decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
8. Data Handling and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period. During the grace period, you may reactivate your account. After 30 days, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
10. Limitation of Liability
MyToilé is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
